1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the AuraMint application ("App") or visiting auramintai.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.
2. About AuraMint
AuraMint is an AI-powered SAT preparation platform developed and operated by Evolve7 LLC. The App provides practice questions, AI-powered question solving, mock exams, and study tools to help students prepare for the SAT.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AuraMint. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Use the App to cheat on official standardized tests
- Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or subscription restrictions
6. AI Features and Accuracy
AuraMint uses artificial intelligence to help solve and explain SAT questions. AI-generated solutions may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Always verify solutions with official study materials. AuraMint is a study aid and not a substitute for official SAT preparation materials.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, animations, and software — is owned by Evolve7 LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Billing
AuraMint offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock access to the App's features, including AI Scan & Solve, practice quizzes, full-length mock exams, the score predictor, vocabulary flashcards, and the AI study planner. The following plans are available:
- Monthly: $19.99 USD per month
- 3 Months: $44.99 USD per 3 months
- Yearly: $99.99 USD per year
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may vary by region. The exact price is always displayed in the App before you confirm a purchase.
- Free trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged the plan price.
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if applicable.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of your selected plan.
- Managing and canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Trial forfeiture: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds: Purchases are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their respective policies. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play purchases, use the Play Store's refund process.
9. Gems (Earned Rewards)
The App includes a virtual reward currency called "Gems." Gems are earned exclusively through your activity in the App — such as completing practice sessions, daily tasks, and streaks — and cannot be purchased with real money.
- Gems have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash
- We may adjust how Gems are earned, spent, or balanced at any time to keep the experience fair
- Gems are forfeited if your account is deleted or terminated
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVOLVE7 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
